This is an online certification training hosted by the Minnesota Pollution Control Agency (MPCA) Stormwater and Chloride Reduction Programs through the Clean Water Fund.
It offers more efficient and effective winter maintenance best practices for plowing, de-icing and anti-icing application, storage, and more. The training will cover the new chloride requirements in the recently released MS4 permit.
